Weddingish

I was so disappointed with the favors I received and am happy I didn't order more from this site. I ordered 3 cookies: two asking my relatives to be my flower girl and ring bearer and the third as a thank you cookie for my parents. These cookies do not look homemade. They look factory made as a rectangle shaped piece of paper with "Will you be my flower girl?" was tacked on top. Not at all how the picture looks. They also had a typo on my parents cookie. Customer service was very short and unprofessional in their email responses.

I would not recommend this company if you have to talk to them in person. There customer service is terrible and they make excuses for there behavior. My order not only was late but they were rude when I tried to get to the bottom of it!!!! All the manager did was make excuses and tried to blame a shipping company for there lack of skills. Will never use again.

I received one of their cookies in the mail from my maid of honor for Valentine's Day and it was fabulous! It arrived beautifully wrapped (packaging is very important), and perhaps most importantly - the cookie was delicious. It was a very special treat to receive, and from what I saw Weddingish is a fabulous company that strives to make their customers feel special.

Do not use Weddingish! I ordered a robe (not personalized) and it did not fit. I will admit that I was late on the return policy by about a week. They refused to refund me the money, which is, again, my fault. I was told I had a credit to Weddingish but when I called they were rude and would not give me any information as to my credit. I have yet to this day received an email or a phone call about this credit. I lost $50 and no one on the phone is helpful. The quality of their merchandise is poor and cheaply made. I strongly advise to stay away from this site, poor customer service, and cheap merchandise. At one time I had the manager's name written down but have since lost it. If you have a problem with your order, good luck getting anyone to answer your questions or be helpful to you without a condescending tone or just with down-right apathy.

I ordered my MOH tee and my Will You Be My Bridesmaid cookies from here. They were very proffesional. The product was very nice and creative. My BM's love the cookies. I especially liked the free gift they included in my order.

I surprised my BM with a cookie, asking if they would be apart of my wedding. They loved them; not only were they cute looking, but they tasted good too! I was very happy with the shipping arrival time, and the packaging was on point. I would totally recommend Weddingish.com.

I ordered tank tops and personalized cookies and they came in on time and beautiful packaging. Before I ordered I called them to make sure I can receive them on time and they were very nice and professional. Everyone loved their shirts and cookies. Very original. We are ordering our favors from them too

Can probably be done for less but came out awesome
