Jack is the best! He was our MC and DJ. He kept my wedding fun and lively. The games he chose were funny and fit well with the young and older guests. He is honest and professional. The uplights really made a difference in banquet hall. It looked gorgeous.

I hired Jack from TMMPRO for our August 2011 wedding. We had uplights and spotlights for our reception and they looked beautiful! His set up guy was there early that day to set up and he even stuck around to ensure everything was working properly. They also have AWESOME prices and Jack was really good at always responding to my emails. I would highly recommend them! :)

Jack at Tmmpro was an awesome DJ. He played all the songs and genres I wanted to hear at our wedding. During the dancing, when I or other guests requested certain songs, he obliged. He mixed the songs very well also. I've been to some weddings where the transitions between songs were horrible. As for our lighting, I was blown away when I first saw the reception room with all the pinspotting and LED uplights. We had so many compliments about how beautiful everything turned out. Lastly, I asked him to throw in some Mandarin Chinese because many of our guests were Chinese and he did that superbly. Thanks again Jack for everything!! Best of luck to you in the future. Cheers,Steve and Tania

I am so lucky that I hired Jack to be my DJ at my wedding. Each of my guest enjoyed his music and the lighting he did for my wedding was stunning too. Big big thank you to Jack and his lighting team!!!!

I like Jack overall. He is fun and flexible. He is full equipped with games. The only complaints I received from my bridal party were from one bridesmaid & one groomsman whose names he "butchered" when he announced them. A few guests mentioned that he was not that responsive to their song requests. The lighting service was great. Since he did not pronounce my husband's or my name wrong, I'd say, he is money well spent!

Not so many vendors I found to be very responsive, creative and always update their blog often. Jack is one of the vendor who's very responsive and works very hard to please his clients. Jack was our DJ/MC for our wedding ceremony/ reception and he did our lighting too. If I call or e-mail him with some questions or advice, he'll response within 24 hour or less on average. He's very nice, friendly, fun, easy to work with, and very energetic; He really makes a good DJ/MC. Because of the blogs he posted, I was able to vision the lighting set up on my wedding and I actually got a lot of vendor recommendation and ideas from there too. The amount I spent for lighting was worth it because he made my wedding to be very very beautiful. Thank you Jack for making our wedding looks beautiful

wow, i don't even know where to start with this one!this is the quintessential case of "you get what you pay for." i was trying to go with the cheapest lighting i could find (because ladies, lighting can get expensive!). jack's prices undercut the competition by a huge margin and when we met with him, we were able to negotiate it down even further. i thought we were getting an amazing deal for the quality of work that he does. i was totally impressed by his portfolio, too. what could go wrong, right?my only hesitation in signing the contract was that the new on site coordinator at the westin was saying that she didn't allow ceiling rigging (although jack had done it at the westin multiple times before). i told jack that my signing the agreement was contingent on how much she would charge me for the extra power and her policy on the ceiling rigging. i asked jack to ask the westin nicely to see if they could work out some sort of arrangement together and explain to them of his history there with the old on site coordinator. that basically amounted to a 1 line email back and forth of him asking if he could rig and the on-site coordinator replying "no," which jack promptly forwarded to me with a threatening note saying that he would "entertain other clients" on our date if we didn't sign. we totally should have walked away then. but because of his price, we ended up signing anyway.the contract stipulated that we pay in cash, and that the final payment was due 3 days before the wedding. i emailed him and asked him if i could have the cash ready the day of the wedding OR if i could mail him a check because i didn't have time to meet up with him (any bride 3 days before the wedding knows what i'm talking about!). he flatly stated, "no, we will meet in person." i swear, he worded it just like that, as a command. so i requested that he come to my work and i will have the cash ready for him, and again, he stubbornly refused and said that we should "meet somewhere in the middle." (if you know anything about LA geography, he's in san gabriel, and i asked him to come to burbank. that is 13 miles. he asked to meet in the middle of a 13 mile drive). so i emailed him, and gritting my teeth, and told him to meet us in pasadena the following day and he agreed. we waited in pasadena for over 30 minutes (when i had a million other things to do), and he didn't show up. i called him and he said, "oh, i thought that was for tomorrow...i'll leave right now." we waited for over an hour for him to show and we handed over the cash, less $10 for doing 1 less pinspot than our original quote. we were with our day of coordinator and emcee at the time going over final arrangements, and we introduced them to jack as well. right there in front of our all other vendors, he argued about us giving him $10 less. unbelievable.the other strange thing about this guy is that he stipulates in his contract that he is required to have a "hot meal." first of all, i'm not quite sure why a person from lighting needs to physically be present during the entirety of the event-- i thought they would just set up and leave (we didn't have any lighting changes during the night). and second of all, a vendor hot meal at the westin is $70. not to mention, if he is sitting there chowing down on his hot meal in front of other vendors, it just seems rude that we didn't all get them hot meals. what's even stranger is that a few days leading up to our wedding, his facebook status literally said "give us hot meals...can't wait for prime rib," or something to that effect. it leads me to believe he just shows up to these events to get fed for free.jack's unprofessionalism and lack of respect is shocking, to say the least. this guy was such a diva that i literally felt like i was the one that was working for him and not the other way around. although it may be tempting to go with him given his prices and his portfolio, i say, save yourself the drama and find someone that will provide you service with integrity and respect!

Jack Hou was absolutely AMAZING!!! From start to finish, he was professional, helpful and most importantly, I felt really comfortable working with him. He suggested great ideas when we met in person, and his prices were very reasonable. It was a great value, and I'm SO GLAD I got the uplighting. It really just transformed the ballroom. As a DJ, he kept the dance floor MOVING! I was really worried that my wedding would have an empty dance floor because there were a lot of my older, very Chinese relatives and I thought that a lot of our friends weren't much into dancing. Boy was I wrong! There were people up until the last minute, and it was FUN! We partied all night!I had given Jack a schedule of the day's events, but I kept having to change it on the fly (when the cake would be cut, outfit changes) but he took it all in stride and smoothed everything over like a pro! No one noticed what otherwise could have been a very awkward pace of events. The groom had forgotten to burn our slideshow onto an actual DVD (he thought a flash drive would have been ok... but it wasn't!) and Jack collaborated with the best man to fix the problem with no one being the wiser. I also made a last minute request to have a projector and cables and he was able to procure them. Seriously, I felt much calmer on my wedding day because I knew I could rely on him. I had no contact with him at all before the wedding ceremony that day, but the music and everything was ready to go, and it went without a hitch. I love it when things happen how I want them, when I want them, without me even having to tell anyone! Our wedding was a HUGE success because of him, and everyone was talking about how great our DJ was. We really lucked out with Jack, and as a bride, I couldn't have hoped for anything to have gone better.

Jack is so great to work with. He is such a fun easy going guy. I wish I would have provided a playlist...but that was my fault. He played music that many generations could enjoy. Everyone said they had a great time.

Jack was actually the second vendor we booked based on all the great reviews I read regarding him and his company. We met with him initially and then once again the week before the wedding to finalize all the music. I really liked the fact that even though it had been over half a year from our first meeting he still remembered things we wanted to focus on for the big day and was always receptive to any last minute changes or additions we had to the agenda. When it came time to the big night everything went perfectly. We had so many guests complimenting us on the DJ and requesting his contact info. Moreover, people kept asking if he was a close personal friend of ours cause he seemed to know us so well. The music selection was awesome and it fit both our young and mature guests' tastes. Jack, you helped make our wedding a night to remember and I will be sure to recommend you time and time again. Thank you so much!!!

Jack was a really nice guy to work with and his price cannot be beat!!! That said, I think I would like to have been a little more specific with him as he was playing music that I didn't like. I wanted more of an elegant feel to the reception and had also given him a few Vietnamese CDs to play (per my parents request) and he only played like 5 of those songs all evening and started to play a few cheesy ones like "freak out" when we were still visiting tables during the reception. He is a good find, just make sure to be very specific if you are going for more of an elegant subdued mood. I have no doubt he would be a great "party mood" DJ!!!

Jack did a great job setting the mood with the lighting at our wedding. We're glad we invested in this.. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to set a romantic mood at their wedding and a fun, upbeat, young Mcee.
