Claudia is AMAZINNNG!!! If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator or if your still looking for the right person... look no further! Claudia really made our day complete!! and wonderful!! We were able to enjoy our day to the fullest because Claudia was on top of everything! She is very detail oriented, attentive, quick and not only that.. she is very sweeeet!! Such a wonderful person! Seeing her when she arrived, really made me feel at ease and she made sure things went according to plan. During the planning process she even reminded me of things I had forgotten and helped me figure out what would work best. She even went with us to a meeting with venue and to our rehearsal! She was there every step of the way, helping, guiding and getting things done! She even contacted all my other vendors and emailed them the itinerary. She made sure I was doing okay and that I was getting what I really wanted. The venue told us last minute that we only had 1 hr for set up and Claudia went above and beyond and pulled it all off!! During the reception, my bustle came undone and she helped me to bathroom and SHE helped fix it!! I trully cant say enough about Claudia, her profesionalism and her services... Absolutely recommending her to anyone getting married!! make sure to contact her asap! to make sure she's available for your day!! Her prices are unbelievably affordable! and im in awe of everything she handled and she is worth every penny and MORE! Other coordinators that ive heard of have done much less and charged much more! She is such a gem!! If something went wrong, I have no idea because she made sure I was not bothered with anythng and enjoyed our day! Anywhere I was, she was nearby in case I needed her. Even my bridal party thought she was very sweet and other people thought she was my friend because she was soo nice and the chemistry i felt with her was like a true friend. I felt comfortable telling her my concerns from the very beginning and she made sure I got what i wanted! Thank you for everything Claudia! my owl friend... :)

Claudia was such a lifesaver through out the entire wedding planning process. We hired her for day-of coordination, but she was so much more! We met 3 times in person prior to the day of, including a site visit, and at each visit she provided a list of things for me to focus on, ideas for vendors, decor and overall emotional support. The week of she contacted all of my vendors as well as the wedding party to make sure everyone was on the same page and I could focus on relaxing and enjoying the pre-wedding festivities. As for the day of the wedding, I honestly have no idea if there were any problems at all with any vendors or last minute emergencies, because Claudia handled everything for me. I couldn't be more pleased with how she handled the entire event. I was a bit of a procrastinating bride, and she adjusted quickly to my style, never making me feel like I was far behind, and yet gently guiding me to get things done. SHE IS WORTH THREE TIMES WHAT SHE CHARGES! Book her today, and you can just focus on enjoying your wedding!!!

Excellent service, worth every cent and very reasonable. Did the million things we didn't even know would be needed and stayed after everyone left the site for the walk through. A wonderful, agreeable personality and managed everything at the rehearsal and wedding day discreetly and completely. Would use her and recommend her without hesitation. I found a day of coordinator an absolute life saver.

Claudia was amazing! My wedding truly would not have gone as smoothly as it did if I didn't have her! Because of her, I was able to actually enjoy the entire day until the very end. She is extremely organized and pays extra attention to all the small details, I had no idea there were so many! Claudia always responded to me promptly whenever I had questions and never left me hanging. She kept us on time and even early for the days events which kept everyone stress free. Claudia was my day-of Wedding Coordinator for my wedding which took place at my house. Because we are renting on a historic property, and the wedding was essentially in our back yard, I knew I needed someone who could understand my needs as work well with the owner of the property. So, I choose her partly because of her track record, but also because she had a calm demeanor that I was looking for. I booked Claudia well in advance (February for an August wedding) and she was with me every step of the way. She even spent extra time on meetings beforehand so that she could make sure every detail was accounted for. After a while, she felt more like a friend than someone I hired. She really "got" me and my style and the vibe I was looking for at my wedding and that was one of the things I most appreciated. Her being able to hone in on what I wanted, especially at points when I was overwhelmed. She helped me make decisions and move forward. On the day of everyone loved working with her and the whole thing ran without a hitch. I could sit back and be the bride! She executed the set-up exactly how I wanted it, she mobilized the staff and kept everything moving. Her assistance on the day of and her advice and guidance in the process beforehand was so helpful. I don't know how I could have done it without her.

Claudia from One Darling Day was amazing! She took the time to meet with me multiple times before the wedding, we even visited the venue together! She is so knowledgeable about everything relating to weddings, that she was able to give me great ideas for the reception..things that I would not have otherwise thought of. She also has an extensive list of vendors that she can recommend. I was struggling to find a photographer, so I emailed Claudia to see if she could help. The very next day, she sent me a list of 10 photography companies. We ended up booking one of the ones she recommended and we couldn't have been happier with their quality of work! Claudia truly goes above and beyond her job description. Our reception ran so smoothly because she took care of everything! Our guest felt taken care of and so did we! Claudia made sure we always had something to drink, that we got our food in a timely manner and that we were enjoying our day. I would highly recommend One Darling Day to any bride who is looking for a responsible wedding planner who will make their dream wedding come true.

Claudia was fantastic! She did a phenomenal job coordinating every element on the day of my wedding and everything looked beautiful and just as I had pictured it! She was also very giving with her time for meetings, etc and was always lovely, charming, and genuinely excited to help make my big day perfect. She worked so hard the day of the wedding as well as the weeks leading up to it and I couldn't have pulled off all the various elements at play without her help and guidance. Claudia was so helpful from start to finish. She went above and beyond what was asked of her and was always very responsive. We did at lot of our wedding ourselves and she provided a great sounding board when we needed opinions and feedback. Several friends commented on how great she was during our wedding. Claudia of One Darling Day did a fantastic job for my wedding. She truly provided me with 5 star service. I was definitely a last minute client. My fiance and I picked out the venue, caterer, florist, party rentals, and photographer and music and I thought that we were pretty much done and I thought I only needed help with my timeline. But once I met with Claudia she made me focus and helped me solve the other one thousand minor details that goes into running a good wedding event. She met with a 2 times for the wedding face to face and we had multiple phone call sessions. She definitely punctual with her email as well. I loved her personality because she is so easy to work with she is able to mix her fun personality with professionalism. She was able to work with my vendors very well and all of my vendors provided me with the services and timeliness thanks to a large degree of Claudia's phone calls and emails to them which is saying a lot because she worked several vendors weren't as great returning emails or phone calls. She also created a timeline for the whole event and that is a great help for the bridal party and the vendors. Our wedding was a little bit more complicated because it was a venue space only and all items needed to be brought in and I had two ceremonies ( Western and Korean) so there was a lot of juggling schedules and event space to make the wedding seamless. She worked tirelessly on the day of the wedding and made my wedding day a success. A lot of friends and family said that our wedding was one of the best wedding that they had attended. Best of all, I was able to enjoy my wedding day:)

I had a very untraditional wedding and Claudia took it all in stride and made sure that everything came together just as I had envisioned. We met several times before the wedding, including two set up and timeline meetings, once at the site, and once for a ceremony rehearsal. She was always available by phone and through email. She suggested several things that I had not even thought of that prooved to be invaluable, including a clean-up crew so family could just enjoy the night, and a water and snack table to keep guests satisfied before the real food and drinks arrived. She ensured that vendors were right on time, gave them alternate driving directions for a faster trip, and kept the night running smoothly. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Several guests and even the other workers commented on how friendly and on top of everything she was. At the end of the night, she made sure everything was packed up and ready to go, and she did the final walk through with the site manager. My big day would not have been possible without her. Claudia at One Darling Day was so amazing to work with. She was incredibly affordable, and did so much above and beyond what we expected. She met with us several times before the big day and even went to the venue with us on more than one occasion. She had recommendations for other vendors, and to-do lists to keep us on track. Even though we booked her for "day-of" services only, she gave us all of that, and also led our rehearsal the day before. On the day of the wedding, we went to our suite to get ready and when we emerged, everything had been taken care of. She never once had to interrupt us to ask us questions of where things should go, and any emergencies that may have happened were kept away from us completely. Also, ours was a same-sex wedding, and she treated us with complete respect--our genders were a non-issue in terms of her treatment of us. Not only was she incredibly competent and professional, she was also fun to be around. I can't give a higher recommendation than the one I give to her. Don't hesitate--call One Darling Day! You won't regret it!

We had a beautiful wedding and Claudia was a wonderful, professional, organized, and a helpful planner. She often went above and beyond what I ever could have hoped for in a wedding planner. Claudia provided us with exceptional coordination services from moment we first met. She was open to our ideas and unique needs and did not impose any of her thoughts upon us. She met with us on several occasions and was prepared with questions and concerns at every meeting. I was a complete and utter mess before Claudia entered my life as a bride to be. I needed a plan and I was blessed with a planner from above! I don't think that my wedding would of gone so smoothly without the help of Ms. Casanova. She organized all the "worst case scenarios" that would have with out a doubt strained MY day. I worked on the small things like finding the perfect dress while she worried about the big things that really make a wedding a success. I understand now why there is a reality show called "bridezilla", it's because they don't have Claudia Casanova.

Hi, I highly recommend Claudia as a wedding coordinator. I wasn't even planning on hiring anyway but as my wedding date got closer I realized that I did not want to burden my friends or family with all the details, I wanted everyone to enjoy themselves including my husband and I. It was totally worth having her there. She was very organized and was able to execute all the little details that I had arranged. She was willing to work with me, even though it was a last minute decision on my part. Claudia was great, she was referred by friend that used her service for her wedding. She was very professional and easy to work with. She got a long with all the vendors and was very organized. I did meet other coordinators but I just felt really comfortable with Claudia. I would definitely recommend her service to other people, oh she also helped me with decor ideas and was available when I needed a second opinion. Two Thumbs Up.

Her service was great, I really wanted to have someone I can trust and not burden my family and friends the day of the wedding.
