We actually used Michaelangelo Music for a Recognition Ball (high school seniors). They were very professional and provided a wide range of music.

I am an events coordinator at a Golf Club in Rancho Palos Verdes and have worked with Michael and Angelo many times, so when my sister got engaged I did not hesitate in booking MichaelAngelo Music for her ceremony and reception. From start to finish Michael and Angelo were warm and welcoming, made suggestions of fun and interesting things to incorporate into the event and professional as always. They have a wonderful music library and if there is music that you want that they do not have, they will get it for you. They made everything easier on me the day of the event and I trust them 100%. If you are looking for a DJ for an event, you cannot go wrong with these two. Michael and Angelo, thank you so much for your fantastic work. Everyone had a great time and it will be a day to remember.

What I appreciated most about Michael was his desire to capture who we were as a couple and then design a program that would compliment us. He gave great suggestions and accommodated any request we had and that made me feel confident in him. The wedding was absolutely perfect and everyone loved the dancing! Michael is very genuine and professional and very easy to work with. What a great experience!

MichaelAngelo Music was great! They worked with us to create a timeline of the event beforehand, and were open and accommodating when we had last minutes changes. We were very specific about what songs we wanted and did not want to hear, and they executed our preferences perfectly. We also asked that they keep the DJ banter to a minimum, but keep the dance music coming all night. Again, their execution was flawless and people kept telling us what a great time they were having and how great our DJs were. I can not recommend MichaelAngelo Music highly enough.

We worked with Michael Leach and were impressed by his excellent service. He was flexible in working with our budget, responsive by email, and one of our favorite vendors in terms of professionalism and performance. Michael also did our uplighting, which we were very pleased with. He met with us at the reception venue as well as at his office and created the timeline that we ended up using for the reception. We also liked his client portal that allowed us to choose songs and create a playlist. When there was music that wasn't on the site, he purchased it. At the reception, the dancing and MC'ing were exactly as we'd requested. Not a lot of talking, and a good party mix. Michael and Angelo did an excellent job of playing music that was in the style we'd described and kept the energy of the party high, we really think it made the reception fun. I'd highly recommend them!

Michael did a great job with our wedding, and was very responsive to our requests running up to it. It was nice not having to worry about the DJ - he was clearly on top of things and that took a big weight off our back. He did a good job keeping things moving and everyone had a great time. Also, after my dad gave a speech where he talked about a cute comment I made about John Lennon's song 'Instant Karma' as a kid, he cued the song right up immediately following the speech. My dad and I both really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend him.

Angelo, from MichaelAngelo Music, was the DJ at our wedding (ceremony, cocktail and reception music), and he was FANTASTIC. We would give him more stars if we could! He is extremely helpful and professional throughout the planning process. He knows exactly how to keep the wedding guests engaged in the reception and on the dance floor. We received numerous compliments from our guests about Angelo and how he kept up the the energy of the reception. We did not have many specific song requests, and he filled in places where we needed music with songs that fit in with the rest of our choices. We would highly recommend Angelo to anyone looking to have a fun and memorable wedding reception. We were so honored to have Angelo be a part of our wedding day.

They were really great! Everything went smoothly at our wedding. I(the bride) of corse had a little break down after spending some time with my sick grandfather. It of corse through off the toasts, which happened to through the entire origional schedule off. It could have turned the night into a disaster, but we absolutely had no worries! No one even expected that the toast had been thrown off, because we had Michael Angelo Music there to keep the party going. He re-aranged our schedule to make the night flow properly. We had an amazing experience. If we ever need a D.J. for another event we wil definitely be returning to Michael Angelo Music. Thank you so much guys! You made our day PERFECT! :)

I can't even count the number of compliments I recieved at our wedding about our DJ, MichaelAngelo Music. Our DJ Angelo was amazing--he really knew how to pump up the crowd and get the party started! I loved every single song he played all night long--and our dance floor was packed from start to finish--there was not even one lull once the party started! He was a perfect MC, too. I would absolutely, 100% highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a fun, unforgettable night. MichaelAngelo truly made our night special. It was perfect beyond imagination.

Hats off to MichaelAngelo Music!! My wife and I just celebrated our wedding on 8/27/11 and we couldn't have been more blessed by having Angelo as our DJ and MC. First off, for those of you who are looking into hiring a DJ/MC for your wedding, I know it's easy to hire your friend who's a DJ (believe me, we were thinking of doing that) to cut costs, PLEASE do yourself a favor and hire a professional DJ who can also MC your wedding with the utmost professionalism and experience. These guys have been doing this for 20 years and know exactly what they're doing. I personally met with Angelo to go over the logistics of the wedding ceremony and reception, and he lead me every single step of the way. He's extremely mindful of the couples background, culture, style of personality, and will cater the music and overall ambiance of the wedding accordingly to your personal taste. For the wedding ceremony, Angelo was absolutely on point for every transition, from the prelude, to the bridesmaids introduction, and of course, the bridal entrance. Please keep in mind too that I had customized my playlist and no music was that of a traditional wedding. Yet, Angelo adhered to my every request and executed with no trouble at all. The reception and flow of the night is absolutely predicated by the music, being the tone setter, immediately following the wedding ceremony. It is then crucial to follow up with the father/daughter dance, mother/son dance, garter/bouquet, and cake cutting according to overall mood of the guests. Angelo adapted well as for the most part, our guests wanted to just drink and dance all night long. He was so great about either cutting the song short and transitioning to another song or genre by feeling the energy of our guests. Needless to say, we all left wanting more...and that's exactly what you want! Overall, I would fully endorse MichaelAngelo Music to all of my friends and anybody else looking to hire a DJ/MC. I hired Michael Angelo few years ago for a 50th b-day party, and I would not have gone with anyone else for my wedding! They are simply the best! Very well worth every penny! Very professional and helpful.

I had the pleasure of working with Gino for my wedding day. He was such an amazing DJ... soo great to work with. Our first meeting was soo easy and I was dreading it thinking it would be the hardest thing picking music for the wedding. He helped me make choices when i had no idea and he realy knew how to keep my firends shaking their butts on the floor. I got so many compliments on the music selection that night. The dance floor was my release from the stress of the day and I thank Gino for making it such a fun time!! Thank you!!!

Best DJ Ever!!! Michael of MichaelAngelo Music was the utmost professional and he was so easy to work with. He was very responsive and understood the mood I was trying to create and the "feel" I was going for. He also worked with my budget and offered a great rate. Michael knew how to get the crowd going and he did a great job "MC-ing" the reception. He also stayed for an extra 45 minutes at no additional charge to keep the party going. Michael, our DJ, did an amazing job at our wedding!! The dance floor was packed all night & I never got off it myself. We rec'd so many compliments on the music, & for the fact that we had a lively dance floor all night. People are still talking to us about how much fun they had. I cannot say enough wonderful things about DJ Angelo and MichaelAngelo Music. They were amazing from our first meeting to the last song of the evening! My husband and I have never been married before, so choosing a DJ was a first for us. We had seen a couple of others, but once we sat down and met with DJ Angelo, we were immediately taken over by his professionalism, attitude, and knowledge. He walked us through our reception and assured us he was not just there to play music, but to also act as an emcee and keep the night on schedule. This was music to our ears! With all of the planning that goes into your wedding day, you want to know you are in good hands, and we felt we were in great hands with DJ Angelo. They even had an online website where we could search for songs in their extensive music library and add them to a queue, which we both thought was pretty amazing and a great way to get an idea of what type of music we were looking for to create the soundtrack of our special day. Of course, with all of the wedding planning we forgot to place a lot of songs in our music library. However, in the final planning meeting with DJ Angelo, we just gave him an idea of what we were looking for music-wise. On the night of our reception, he did not disappoint! Everyone was up on the dance floor from the very first song and they all stayed there until the party was over! We were shocked that even our older guests stayed and partied the night away. DJ Angelo did such an amazing job of feeling out the crowd and playing the appropriate tunes to fit the atmosphere. He also provided the up-lighting for the room, which was so beautiful. The room was perfect! We still have people coming up to us since the wedding and asking who our DJ was that night. I have no hesitation in telling them about MichaelAngelo Music! I will refer them to everyone I know who is in need of DJ services, and if we ever have another event, MichaelAngelo Music is the only place I would go! It means a lot when you can trust your vendors, and the success of our entire reception depended on their services. We had an amazing time, and everyone who came is still talking about it four weeks later. As a bride, you want your day to be perfect, and our reception was flawless thanks to them. We absolutely love DJ Angelo and MichaelAngelo Music!!

Michael Leach, our DJ, did an amazing job on our special day. Besides playing great music at the reception, he helped us at the ceremony as well. Even prior to our event day, Michael was very responsive & helpful whenever we have any questions. He always calls us back. At the reception, he got all our guests up & dancing. You know? anybody can be a DJ but Micheal is more than that; he's also very courteous & professional. My best analogy, he looks like an investment banker who plays great music. Thank you Michael for giving Jerry & me a great memory of our special day. We love your work!

Angelo DJ'ed our wedding at the Redondo Beach Crowne Plaza in March and was absolutely fantastic. He created such good energy for the grand entrance, had a terrific music list and great transitions that kept people on the dance floor all night, and displayed professionalism in all his interactions with us, with the guests and other vendors. He's a very talented, hard-working, energetic and intelligent guy, so he'll be able to deliver a very entertaining evening regardless the circumstances.

I hired Michael Angelo Music for my wedding. I planned my wedding in 2 months. It was a little stressful. On my wedding day my wedding coordinator didn't show up (she had a family emergency). Mike not only did everything and played all the songs I requested. He informed us on how everything would play out. His personality made me feel calm and comfortable the whole time! He exceeded my expectation and made our wedding the most beautiful day of my lives. I am still getting complements on how much fun everyone had. The dancing was none stop! I will defiantly hire him again for any of my parties!

Angelo was amazing! We had a New Year's Eve 2011 wedding and our guests were entertained the entire evening! The up-lighting he provided around the room was beautiful and made the venue look gorgeous. My husband and I, along with all our guests, will never forget how much fun we had dancing the night away.
