I writing it on behalf of my wife, my mum, my mum-in-law, and our Maid of Honor! Interestingly how many man actually writing a review for a Make-up Team! We just got married on October 4th and Grace did the make ups for all my on-behalves. She did a wonderful and most professional job you can ever imagine. Thank you Grace for making my bride the most beautiful bride in the world!!! We met Grace about 3 months before our wedding, since my wife need to get back to Taiwan to get some of the wedding stuff ready, we only got a few days to do the trial make-up session and negotiated about the tentative schedule. You can never imagine how tentative our schedule is. At the time we met with Grace, we only got the wedding date settled and nothing about the actual schedule of the day, in fact we only mentioned to her about our schedule let's say 48 hours before the actual event and she and her team accommodate to all of our needs. Talking about the trial make-up session, I accompany my wife to her lovely and cozy studio. She just told Grace what and how she wants her hair and makeup to be without even showing her the sample picture, Grace is managed to create the elegant yet CUTE look beyond my imagination, in fact it was much more prettier than the sample we picked. When my wife came back from Taiwan, which is about 1 month before the wedding, we had our engagement photo session, in the midst of her busy schedule, Grace squeeze out a portion of her time to do my wife's makeup for the photo shoot. It was truly amazing, in fact i told my wife that you should go to Grace make-up session. It was not overly done, yet naturally transformed her look. We had a great photo shoot under the sunshine and sea breeze at Santa Monica Pier and when we got home that night, the makeup and hair all stays in place! Now let me talk about our big day, her team and her got to our place at 4.30am and hit the ground running right away! You should know by now how she transformed my bride. The bigger surprise is when I see how she transformed my mum and my mum-in-law. Both of them seldom or never wear makeup in their adult life. After the magic of Grace's brushes, hair spray and her creativity, they transformed from your average looking mum to gorgeous ladies from the royal families! For our evening reception, Grace helped my wife to change 3 sets of looks to suit all 3 types of gowns she has, from the snow white wedding gown, to the traditional Chinese Dress and last but not least the elegant cocktail dress. She suits the color of the makeup and the style of the hair right on the spot. I am not trying to be exaggerated here, I have always been amazed by how makeup can change not only the exterior but also the interior of someone. The extraordinary makeup and hair styling brings out the confidence in my lovely bride. Grace helps to make her the star of our Big day. It was a fun and funny journey with Grace. Thank you Grace!!! I booked Grace and her team for my wedding for me and my bridesmaids and we were very pleased with her work! She was very accommodating in booking two separate trial sessions for my sister and I. We wanted to have our hair and make up done professionally that day but definitely still wanted to look natural. Grace listened and understood what we were looking for and during the trial session she fixed any areas we weren't satisfied with. Upon leaving the trial session, we knew we were in good hands. On the day of the wedding, her and her assistant came to do our hair and makeup. They were so professional even with a ton of people coming in and out of the room to set up for the night! They did an amazing job on my bridesmaids and I and we definitely had the natural look we wanted while hiding all our blemishes! Grace came back to do a touch up session in the middle of reception during one of my wardrobe changes. She was so efficient and changed my hair style quickly but it looked amazing! My bridesmaids' hair and makeup stayed in tacked the whole night that they didn't even need touching up! We got a lot of compliments on our hair and make up so we definitely have Grace and her team to thank

Grace provides great service and work. She will travel to your wedding day get-ready location, which really helps to decrease the stress of the wedding day preparations for the bride and groom. The trial session was helpful in figuring out my style and preferences.

They were highly recommended by my friend who got married a few months earlier than I do. I called and made an appointment for trial session. Grace was very patient with me in setting up the appointment time, and finalizing the details. On the wedding date, Irene and Michelle did a superb job on my mom, my bridesmaids' and my make up. They were very professional: they were on time, detailed oriented, and skillful in make up. Everybody loved my make up and hair on that day. I will highly recommend them to any of my friends.

Grace was very professional, beside she has excellent technique and make you look very beautiful that day (you can check out her work at her website / facebook page), she is also very flexible and easy to work with. She was available the whole time when I was planning my wedding. Even I made couple changes last minutes in terms of the beauty services I need, she was able to accommodate me. Grace Lin's team was hired to do my make up and my family members (about 9 of us). We had 2 locations, and we kept adding people on, but Grace and her team were very accomodating to our changes and were very cordial. On the day of the wedding, we were all late, and the make up artists have arrived on time..but they were not upset at all..and just worked with us. All of our make up looked great and so natural looking. One of my aunt was so happy with her make up, she said she will call Grace's team to do her make up for special ocassions. We told her that she looked better today than she did on her wedding day..which was 20+ years ago. haha. Everyone of us were really happy with Grace Lin's team, and the quality of work is superb! Grace Lin was great on my wedding day. I was very happy with her make up and hairstyle services. all my bridesmaids and family all complimented me on how good i looked that day. she was very accommodating to me, she did whatever i asked. overall she was very professional, I'm glad I hired her for the whole night. Found this place through my husband's best friend " Jack " and I 'm so satisfied they  were well-trained, experience and very talented ; also they have provided the trial before your occasion day. Grace was the girl who was great on my wedding day. She communicated  with me  and always responsive and friendly. She took her time & did a great job.  They came to the summit house on a Sunday to do make up & hair style so convenient and enjoyable to be around that was a big plus for my wedding day. I would definitely recommend them to any bride or party. 

Grace made me look my best for my most important day. She and her crew were punctual and professional. I was nervous about my skin. I have very sensitive skin and I have rosacea. I also was worried about my thin hair. Grace eased all my worriers after the free trial. On the wedding day, she transformed me with her magic hands. She put a curly extension at the back of my head giving my hair a fuller look. My make up was not heavy at all but it covered up all my blemishes. Grace was very creative. The floral hair band I ordered from my florist did not turn out the way I wanted it. Grace was able to improvise and created a new style for me at the very last minute using the fresh flowers for the hair band. Needless to say the result was awesome. The style suits my bridal gown perfectly.I love how fabulous you made me look for my big day Grace. Her assistant Vivian also did a great job accompanying me the whole day. She was very caring and attentive, making sure my skin was not oily under the hot sun. I found Grace Lin through reviews and though she was not available for my wedding date, she referred one of her stylist, Irene Sit, whom I had my trial with and was available. I must say, I was very excited and nervous since I don't wear much make up, but Irene did an amazing job both for the trial and wedding day. My fiance/husband who doesn't like make up on me, loved it because it looked natural, even though I had tons of make up on. [:)] I assure you though, it was far from natural. I truly felt beautiful, confident, and happy. I suddenly had flawless skin...the dewey kinds asian stars have. It was exactly what I wanted. They also travel too. Grace sent Irene and Tamie to La Jolla and they arrived promptly at 5am! When I saw my first two bridesmaids, they looked so pretty and gorgeous and I loved their hair. Four BMs had the same side swept hair and it looked amazing. So much that I almost wanted the same. I also love the lashes! Plus other fun tricks that Irene had to help my slumpy eyes, it was barely noticeable but I looked more awake! [:)] I showed up a little late too, but Irene was able to get me ready in time for my ceremony. I was thoroughly impressed with Grace's communication the entire time. She would send me her suggested timeline, revise the timeline, and all the while very professional and sweet. One last thing, my favorite part was how soft and natural the style was...which seems to be what most reviewers are also saying. Overall, I highly recommend Grace, Irene, and her team
