We are so grateful to Maria and Sergio Jr. for all their suggestions. My dress was a true ivory and we needed the groom to look just as "phenomenal" as, me, the bride. Our wedding took place at Dreams, in Los Cabos, and we needed a one week rental for the groom and grooms men. Sergio Jr. was, extremely, helpful and made it possible. I had initially found a dress at David's Bridal for pretty cheap, $500. My sister insisted we visit Chantilly's Bridal just to makesure there was nothing else. I had told Maria, the owner of Chantilly's bridal, about my budget and circumstance and she insisted that she could help me. I found the dress of my dreams at the store. However, it was way over my budget. However, true to her word, she worked with my budget enough that I was able to afford the dress. It was absolutely beautiful. Maria was great! She even came in on her day off to ensure I was happy with the alterations. I highly recommend this shop.

we rented our bridal parties tuxes with them. i had originally gone to the mens wearhouse in the mall the mw tux and reserved what our bridal party would be wearing but they are extremely expensive. so my dad called them and we found the same tux and way better accessories for about $80 less. the staff their is also great at knowing what will all cooridnate. they helped a ton and they have almost all the colors you could ever want.

The whoe staff at chantilly's was the best they treat you as if you are family, they were very helpful. My dress was my dream they made it perfect!!! there alteration pricing was a little pricey but it was my wedding dress I wouldent have trusted with anyone else but them.

Amazing!!!!! Before I went to Chantilly I had read some reviews that were rather negative about their experience with this shop. I LOVED THEM! They are not only out to please, but they know the business and know what they are doing. Maria is adorable and loves to learn about you and the day of your dreams. She makes it so that your dress not only fits perfect, but makes you fell like a princess. I visited a few other shops in town, like Cruz's, and found their approach more as a sale rather than a special day to find your dream gown. Chantilly's made the experience a memory I will never forget!

I spent months searching for a dress from the previous season that was no longer made, and no one seemed to have in stock. Chantilly Bridal had one sample in stock, but it was 2 sizes too small. They not only gave me a discount on the dress, but did an amazing job of altering the dress to fit, including copying some very elaborate bead work on the side seams that had been taken out. The dress was ready when promised, and fit like a glove.

My dress was absoultely what I wanted, it was a little pricey, but what dress isn't??? Overall, everything went really well with them. The only thing was the day before my wedding when I picked up my dress, I also asked them to steam the vail, however it didnt even look like they steamed it. But thats being nit-picky, they were great.. especially lily- shes the best!

The dress was beautiful, but it seemed that the service varied depending on who was helping you. Certain staff, like Lily was absolutely wonderful but other girls could use some more training.

Chantilly Bridal did a great job with my wedding dress. They were not very accomodating with my schedule, and kindof treated me like I was in the way. But Maria, the owner took my dress on as her personal project. She stayed late, and spent about two hours with me one night making sure my dress was hemmed and altered to be a perfect fit. Thanks to Maria for the most important dress I have ever worn!

Compared to David's Bridal, Chantilly would be the best Bridal store in the planet. Although I did not purchase my wedding dress through Chantilly, I brought it to them for alterations. They were able to complete all the alterations in a timely manner. They were not flexible for scheduling appointments. Fittings are only done one day of the week, and trying to get an appointment on that day is nearly impossible. Once my dress was complete, instead of receiving a phone call saying I could pick it up, I was told that my alterations would be postponed for 2 months as I requested. Apparently they had mixed up the calls, because I never requested my alterations be delayed. I was able to pick up my dress about 3 days before the wedding, and it was beautiful!

While I had great experience shopping at Chantilly Bridal and found the perfect dress there I would strongly caution anyone reading this not to have your alterations done there if it's anything more complicated than a hem. My dress was damaged by the seamstress and she never admitted it was her fault. I had to take it somewhere to have it repaired because after several fittings it just got worse everything. I feel that she was trying very hard but was just not capable of doing the needed alterations, which was actually something pretty simple. The alterations were also way more expensive than they were at the place I had to go to get it fixed, and I almost didn't have the dress in time for my wedding.

I used Chantilly Bridal for my bridesmaid dresses only. It was the worst experience! I wish I had talked to other brides before I had chose them. Since I was new to the whole wedding thing, I had no clue that I should be asking around and talking to other people until AFTER I ordered my dresses from them. Unfortunatley, I couldn't find a dress that I really liked for my girls and finally I was getting down to the wire and went to Chantilly and found something that I could live with. They were so over priced but I was desperate. They were really nice to me before I placed my order obviously but once I ordered all the dresses, they were so rude to me! They told me the dresses would come in May so I called them and no one could tell me a straight answer and it was constant run around. I was always calling them for the update and they always responded so rudely with me and me feel like "how dare you call us and ask us where your dresses are". Finally my dresses came in TWO months late! And more than half of my girls received their dresses two sizes too big. Come to find out they purposely ordered them big since they make most of their money off alterations. After fighting with them and reporting them to the BBB, they finally agreed to alter ONLY two dresses for free out of five! So I took the rest elsewhere and refused to give them the money they tried to get. I felt like once they had my money they could careless about service and the fact that they would literally yell at me when I called...I would NEVER NEVER recommend them to anyone!! Did I mention they never called to tell me my dresses came in? I had to call them. I feel so stupid for using this company since they have a horrible reputation in our valley and I found out the hard way. I have no idea how these people are still in business...I guess they prey on new brides like me to use them.

VERY unhappy with this store. We ordered 4 tuxes from Mr. Tux (Newhall) for our wedding. All 4 were wrong. 4 separate times. As of the evening before our wedding, we didn't even know if our guys were going to have matching tuxes. The kicker was when the store said it was my GROOM'S fault for telling me about the issues and adding to my stress.Brides, if you want to be worried about your bridal party's attire up to the very minute of your wedding, go see the fine folks at Mr. Tux in Newhall. However, if you want to see professionals who do their job and don't try to pin the blame on you for their mistakes, go somewhere else...actually, go ANYWHERE else.Long story short:No apologies. (They actually go a long way!)No excuse left unused. (Truly. None.)No discount for the inconvenience. (Not even 20 lousy bucks!!)No problem writing this bad review.
