Catering by Falzone

We loved working with Pat and Judy and our wedding reception would not have been fantastic without their talent! Not only did they create a delicious, reasonably priced menu per our specifications and budget, but they executed the catering from start to finish with superb flavor, organization, follow up and attention to detail!! We received multiple, unsolicited compliments from our guests on the delicious food. Pat and Judy had a positive, "can do" attitude to unique requests, and are extremely experienced with event catering. We did our homework before selecting a catering company and we are positive that for the price and the quality of service, you will not find a better catering company in Los Angeles or the greater area.

From the first phone inquiry to the last good-bye, our experience with Catering by Falzone was wonderful. You will not find a more personable and professional catering service. Their food is delicious and plentiful. Our guests loved the food, and had only positive comments about it and the Falzone staff. They catered our daughter's garden wedding of 115 guests. Their reasonable prices might be your first attraction to this company, but the food presentation and taste, coupled with the excellent service is what you will remember. Our menu: passed appetizers - crostini with various toppings stationed appetizers - cheeses, fruits, shrimp cocktail, and stuffed mushrooms (to die for!) Dinner: 6 cheese pasta Meatballs Falzone sausage and peppers chicken parmesan salad rolls green beans chocolate dipped strawberries iced tea water They allowed us to provide our own wine and beer, which was a big savings. Additionally, we could choose our own cake/dessert vendor.

We were amazed at how well attended we and our guests were. I knew the food was going to be fabulous because of the tasting, but I didn't realize how many people they'd have working for such an affordable price. The Falzones are amazing people who were professional and yet we felt like they were family. They made our wedding so wonderful and delicious. We would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I may have been a difficult bride. But the Falzones never made me feel like I was being unreasonable. We had a fluctuating guest list that as the day approached kept shrinking. However, I had prepaid for 100 people, so the menu couldn't be lessened. So instead of just bringing less food and charging the full amount, Catering by Falzone worked with me to alter the menu choices to encompass an entire night of feasting. Honestly, I thought we had enough food to feed an army, not 80 of my friends and family! When the night was over, there was not a scrap in sight. The food was so delicious and varied that no guest felt like there dietary needs were unmet. We apparently had a candy and fruit bar with appetizers, I say apparently because neither the groom nor I saw them before they were INHALED by the guests! We had the Falzones out for a run through and walk about a couple months before the wedding. We could see the doubt in their eyes at the challenge we faced in a "backyard" wedding site. We took to heart their recommendations and made are few side-steps from the original plan. But I can say with all sincerity, when I saw their smiling faces just before the ceremony, I knew everything would be taken care of. I now work for a catering company, from behind the scenes I know now what I must have put them through with the crazy venue and the ever changing menu. Lesser caterers would have placated me and done the event within their own guidelines. Catering by Falzone are not only wonderful Caterers they are WONDERFUL people who made the food on my day effortless. (Which I know it wasn't!!) So thank you again. My wife and I contacted Catering by Falzone while making plans for our daughter and son-in-laws wedding reception. Upon meeting Pat and Judy at a tasting we scheduled at our home we were immediately impressed. Not only was the food delicious, they also provided us with so much help and support during the months leading up to our event. The ongoing communications were very refreshing because we always knew where we were at and what to expect. The day of the event went flawlessly and our guests were as impressed as we were with the food and service provided. The presentation is exceptional and the quality is outstanding! Our family has a long tradition in fine Italian cooking. We couldn't have been more pleased than we were with Catering by Falzone. We highly recommend them.

Falzone was in contact with us often before the event making suggestions and listening to what my daughter wanted. They worked with the venue and arranged a beautiful area for the appetizer hour. She wanted bottled coke to be served with the appetizers and they provided the buckets and ice and displayed them attractively...they were a big hit. Falzone was professional and fun to work with and most importantly the food was great. Highly recommended.

Catering by Falzone was fantastic! they were the fastest to respond to our questions and to provide an estimate. The food was great and all of our guests enjoyed it.

The Falzones are a wonderful, friendly couple who were very accommodating to our pre-wedding dramas. I never tested the food, but I didn't need to because everything was delicious and beautifully displayed. They are very affordable and completely professional.
