Christian is fantastic! My wife and I met him years ago, before we were even engaged, while photographing a wedding and we knew then that we would one day hire him. He's extremely professional, extremely friendly, and is an amazing DJ and MC. Being a wedding photographer I meet new DJs on a regular basis and have yet to meet someone as skilled as Christian. We loved having him Dj our wedding!

Christian is awesome! My sister hired him for her wedding a few years back. We loved him so much that i had to hire him for my wedding. hes also very pleasant to work with and is very helpful. he offered to help in different areas that he didn't even have to. i gave Christian 5 stars but I would really like to give him 10 stars. everyone @ the wedding loved him & his work. thank you Christian for everything! your super awesome!

We hired Christian to be the DJ for our wedding on March 20, 2012. When we first met with him he was very professional and great to get along with. He asked us what we wanted song wise step by step for the entire event, and he was spot on with our requests. On the day of the wedding he was there bright and early to set up. Not only did he set up his equipment, but he also did everything he could to help everyone else that was there setting up. At one point he even made sure that we were doing ok and if we needed anything. During the reception he was amazing. Everything went so smooth. The lighting job he did looked unbelievable. Christian is the best DJ you can find for your wedding. In fact, he's the best for wedding planning. I found out about him when he was a DJ at my brother's wedding. He did a wonderful job and I got his info from my brother and sister-in-law. From the day you meet him, he is very involved with the wedding planning, outgoing, has a lot of experience, personable, and affordable! He helped us work out our timeline details with great input. He even edited some of our dance numbers and provided lighting as appropriate. He even took pictures at the end of our wedding so we got to see those shots that you often don't get to see. Most importantly, he personalized the service to what you needed and wanted, making our day extra special. Overall, you can't find a better deal or a person. I recommend him as a DJ to everyone getting married! We feel so lucky we found him!

Afterburn Productions, is the most awesome DJ company you will find. The price is so affordable, no need to look any further, your search is over. My Daughters wedding day was awesome, we used Afterburn Productions as our DJ, we needed a DJ that was both English and Spanish speaking, Christian referred us to his DJ Raul, and we couldn't have been more pleased, Raul was so awesome, he really rocked it. With all the mixes he put together it pleased us all. The dance floor was hoop'n all night long. Super super impressed with Afterburn Productions. Christian is the consummate professional. He put together a beautiful lighting package that hid all of the ugly walls in our old hall and he was careful to work with the old wiring so that lights and music worked all night. He was one of my favorite vendors and made me feel at ease when I was the most stressed. He listened to my ideas and mapped out our timeline like a pro. He thinks quick on his feet and is great problem solver. He put together a great package of music for our outdoor vintage cocktail hour and had fantastic pacing for our dance party.\r\n\r\nChristian knew how to keep all of our guests on the dance floor – we had Cubans, old ladies, teenagers, music snobs, and quite a few people who said they never dance at weddings! He rocked it all night – it was absolutely off the hook. On top of his excellent work, Christian was always quick to return my calls during the planning and he was always early for our meetings. On a scale of one to ten, I give Christian a 20! The first thing I heard the day after the wedding was, “Who was the dj? We want to hire him for every party from now on!” Big thumbs up, I couldn’t be more happy with the result. Thanks Christian, you literally rocked my wedding. \r\n

We didn't want the typical DJ experience at our wedding. We weren't having special dances, or even a cake cutting ceremony. It was a backyard wedding at our house and what we really wanted was a party with a playlist created almost completely by us from start to finish with a few callouts during the night for a toast or two. Most important to us was that the music was on, the party was on and that it be seamless. But the DJ needed to also know just when to kick it up a notch to get things moving along. Sure most people may not want or need all that but Christian took every possible effort to not only hear our desires but to do whatever he could to improve upon our special day. I wasn't quite sure what to expect as the day unfolded but Christian not only handled his business, he was there at every turn helping everything else happen––working with the wedding coordinator, photographer––you name it! He really brings a personable experience to the entire process. Upon first meeting, he is collected and leaves you with a feeling that he can handle it. He was TOTALLY into the idea of letting us pick every single song, providing him with the music in .mp3 files and working through all of it, creating playlists in the order we wanted and making it all perfect. Christian also brought up really good ideas about contingency plans in case of rain, having your DJ be a registered professional and having a proven history of quality work. He also has a full array of lighting that he was willing to provide within the cost. But he didn't just stop at being a DJ. He also offered to shoot photos of the overall event. Of course we already had our wedding photographer but he was interested in also shooting photos in his spare time. He shot some great photos and he gave us all the photos very promptly in the mail following the wedding. Excellent value, great, easy-going personality and all around nice guy who knows just how to fit into what you need your DJ to be for your event. Could not be happier with our experience, Christian! I am currently recovering from the best birthday party ever!!!! I first had the pleasure of meeting and working with Christian at a wedding I was coordinating. Unfortunately, I can't take the credit for hiring him as he was a friend of a friend of the bride and groom. What a referral! I hesitate to write a review for fear that my words won't do him justice. CHRISTIAN IS AMAZING! I loved him so much at the wedding it literally inspired me to throw my own birthday party a month later (something I never do). Christian is not just a great DJ, he is the whole package...friend, photographer, coordinator, helper, all around great addition to any party. He goes way above and beyond the call of duty! Quick story: at the end of the wedding we worked together I was in a full blown panic because one of our servers stole something and when confronted he promptly left. Christian, going above and beyond, said "don't worry, we don't need him, I'm here, what do you need, let me help, I got you". Are you kidding me? He saved the day! OMG! Christian was truly a godsend. He is more than a DJ--he is a super multi-tasker, responsive to all of our requests--superfast--and knows his MUSIC! First, I spoke with 5 different, highly experienced dj/emcee's about our needs and budget for wedding reception. We were looking for a person that would lead the reception, get our broad age range of guests dancing and enjoying themselves. It wasn't only about the dancing; but also about the music during cocktails, getting the bouquet tossed, our entrance, special dances, the toasts, and sinking these times with photographers and videographers that were our big concerns. We needed someone to lead, take charge and orchestrate the reception from beginning to end. Christian from Afterburn Productions did all that and more. He provided great comfort about a timeline, the communication he would develop with the the other key vendors, what music he felt based on what he learned from us would be best and really most effective for entertainment, and to get everyone moving. He worked with us every step of the way! His personality is a natural for his profession. DJ CHRISTIAN NOT ONLY PROVIDED DJ SERVICES TO US BUT HE HELPED US PLAN OUR WEDDING AND RECEPTION BY PROVIDING US WITH A TIMELINE OF EVENTS PRIOR TO OUR WEDDING DATE. WE SAT DOWN TOGETHER W/ CHRISTIAN AND ORGANIZED THE ORDER OF EVENTS AND HE MC'D OUR ENTIRE WEDDING AND RECEPTION AND MY HUSBAND AND I DID NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT A THING. I was extremely impressed with how detail-oriented, thorough, and organized he was as we worked together on planning the wedding. He had templates and tools that he used to ensure he had everything covered from beginning to end on the emcee and DJ front. I was also pleased with how knowledgeable he was about various genres of music. He has a library of music that incorporates many different genres and if he doesn't have what you want just tell him and he'll get it for you. A plus was that he was punctual to the in-person meetings we had scheduled and very pleasant to work with at all times. On the actual wedding day, he was prepared with everything he needed thanks to his proactive communication with the coordinators at the wedding location. He was very high energy, played music everyone enjoyed, politely engaged the guests with directions on what to do next, and made the reception a party we'll never forget. He also kept us on task during the reception to make sure we were doing things (i.e., cutting wedding cake, throwing bouquet, garter toss) according to the timeline we put together. After our wedding, people who attended came back to us weeks later with feedback on what a good job Christian did at our wedding. We highly recommend Afterburn Productions. On a scale of 1 to 10, we rate Christian a 10 because he truly exceeded our expectations. He is truly an expert in emcee'ing and DJ'ing events.

Christian was fantastic to work with and I truly appreciate his service and professionalism at our wedding. This is the second event Afterburn has done for us, though it was our first wedding. I can't wait to work with Christian again in the future.

Christian was a great dj. My husband & I were super picky with our music and he played everything on our list. And stayed away from our "do not play list". He was also nice enough to burn all the music from that night onto 10 CDs for us. And now I am still rocking out in my car on my way home from work.

This was the greatest night, as the music was incredible! Christian provided an excellent array of music that suited all guests. He had a great attitude, came to our house for the music consultation, and then gave us c.d.'s of all the music played at our wedding! He had excellent musical suggestions and was very helpful throughout the process, with the timeline, song choices, games and more. We highly recommend him and wouldn't have used anyone else!

I cannot say enough nice things about Afterburn Productions. He was our DJ and also did our lighting. We were so happy with their professionalism. They were easy to work with, they have great follow up and they were absolutely wonderful at our wedding. We still get complements on our DJ all the time. They really worked with me to personalize the ballroom (lighting) to make it exactly how we wanted it. I made several changes before the wedding date and they never made me feel like it was a hassle. Christian is super nice and so awesome to work with. I would absolutely recommend Afterburn Productions to all my friends and family. We would definitely use them again if we ever need another DJ.

Christian was so amazing the day of our wedding..we couldn't have asked for a better experience. He made the entire reception run smoothly as well as created the best music mix for our guests..Everyone had a blast and it was mostly based on Christian!

christian was absolutely amazing! he dj'ed a wedding that we went to 2 years before our date, and we decided at that time that should we ever get married, THIS would be our dj! we also asked that couple before we met with him and they had equally wonderful things to say about him. where to start? he is professional, prompt, personal, great to work with, flexible, and AMAZING at what he does! its great to have a vendor that you feel takes your event personally--you feel that he really cares. so many people told us after our event that the dj was out of this world--and he was! ps. he's got a pretty impressive roster of clients (he didnt tell us this, too humble, but we found out later). we feel honored to have had him at our reception! :) i would recommend dj afterburn for any event, and we plan to do business with him again in the future. also, he has amazing lighting and features that can really personalize your event. the sky is the limit. we definitely felt that he would go out of his way to accomodate whatever requests that we came up with. im not sure who loved him more, my new husband or me, but we were both VERY satisfied. we would both recommend using this vendor above all others!!!!!
