America's finest wedding band, with local coverage in Texas and California. Winner of the Wedding Wire 2010 , 2011 and 2012 Bride's Choice Awards. Thank you to our wonderful clients!
Critically-acclaimed singer/bandleader Judy Chamberlain and her Los Angeles and Dallas-Ft. Worth jazz, swing and big bands play timeless Rat Pack standards, Motown, rock, doo-wop, oldies and show tunes for intimate or opulent wedding ceremonies and receptions.
We've been working together for more than two decades!
The musicians who perform in our Los Angeles, California and Dallas, Texas swing bands, jazz and wedding bands are internationally recognized; some are Grammy winners. You’ve heard and seen them on your favorite albums and TV shows.
We play REAL music! Our totally live 4,000 song repertoire spans every era and genre of American popular music. We never use pre-recorded tracks, and we definitely aren't lip synching! We don't do those silly canned "medleys," either. You can dance to absolutely everything we play -- or not.

“Jazz singer Judy Chamberlain solidly affirms the music’s far-reaching, continuing vitality and the pleasures of jazz as entertainment. Chamberlain knows more songs than anyone in the business today. "Don Heckman, Los Angeles Times
The music we play is the best of the 1920's, 1930's, 1940's, 1950's, 1960's and 1970's. Think Irving Berlin, Cole Porter, George Gershwin, Rogers & Hart, Fred Astaire & Ginger Rogers, Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Nat King Cole, Bobby Darin, Louis Armstrong, Elvis, The Beatles, Michael Buble, Harry Connick, Jr. and Mad Men hipster sleekness coupled with Glee creativity and musicality - and you pretty much have the picture.
Our musicians have toured and recorded with Frank Sinatra, Ray Charles, Ella Fitzgerald, Tony Bennett, Dean Martin, Peggy Lee, Rosemary Clooney, Dinah Shore, The Temptations, The Commodores, The Supremes, The Platters, The Drifters, The Coasters, James Brown, Stevie Wonder, Quincy Jones, Aretha Franklin, Gladys Knight, Gloria Gaynor, Donna Summer, Marvin Gaye, The Isley Brothers, Herbie Hancock, Paul McCartney, Willie Nelson, Bette Midler, Diana Krall, Natalie Cole, Barbra Streisand, Norah Jones, Elvis, Chuck Berry and Michael Buble, to name just a few.
If we sometimes sound a lot like the "original" hit record, it's probably because some of us are on those recordings!
From classical, traditional or unusual wedding ceremony music to modern vintage jazz, swing, Old Hollywood and Rat Pack crooner tunes, R&B, Motown, Latin, soul, funk and disco for wedding receptions, parties and concerts, we really DO do it all — sometimes in the same set. We even take requests directly from the dance floor!
We're like those old-fashioned bands you've seen on late-night TV musicals, with everyone gathered around the bandstand calling out requests.
Bands like ours don't really exist anymore, except perhaps in the movies.
"Chamberlain’s easygoing interaction with her listeners transforms celebrations into marvelously spontaneous events.” Don Heckman, Los Angeles Times
